Position:Lead Rotating Equipment Engineer
Work Location:Muscat, Oman
Job Duration:Long Time (Direct Hire)
Qualification & Experiences:

To function as a Lead Discipline Engineer or as specialist Engineer for specific projects. Some of the Senior Engineers shall also function as a Deputy to the Department Manager and provide him with leave cover.

Degree in relevant engineering subject (B.Sc. /B.Eng. /M.Sc.), and membership of internationally accepted applicable professional Institute.

Minimum 12 years experience in the design and specification of upstream Oil & Gas facilities with extensive experience in front end, and detailed design and as-built in.

Shall have more than 8 years experience for Senior Engineers with design consultants firms in the design of Oil & Gas facilities.

Senior Engineers shall have at least 2 years experience as a Senior Discipline Engineer.

Good familiarity with Mechanical Equipment (Rotating), Design & Construction Standards, Codes & Practices, Knowledge of Pump, Compressor, & other Mechanical Equipment Selections.

Appreciation of Static Equipment, Piping & Materials Disciplines.

Involvement in Equipment Sizing, Selection, Specifications, & Procurement.

Demonstrated relevant specific/dedicated Mechanical Equipment Engineering work experience.
